Fourth-walling: I am alright with this to a degree. Please don't tell her about her specific movie but if you want to tell her about fairy tales in general, that's fine.

Hugging this character: You are welcome to hug Belle though if the CR isn't right she's likely to be tense and not understand why she's getting a hug. Kissing this character: You can try but she does have a beast that is in love with her and will not take kindly to that. If it's random, Belle is likely to push the person away as well. Flirting with this character: Yes please! Fighting with this character: I'd like to talk it out first. Belle is not a fighter but she will fight back if the situation calls for it. Injuring this character: I enjoy injuring my muses but I'd like to talk out the severity of the fight/cause/effect etc. Killing this character: No thank you. Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes, Please let me know if your character can do this and I will add more to my tags for your use.
